Im bumping up this old thread. I have tried run walking and used the podcast etc but my knees get angry at me. I have osteoarthritis in one knee but I have found Jeff galloway's program of run walking and intend to try it out.

So basically when the video "fades out" I want to be in one pose…when it fades back in , I want to be doing something different but i cant figure out how to pull that off. Simple I know, but i have never done this but determined to get it. Ive figured out, with the help of youtube ,how to add music, block out background sound, etc, but this other stuff is gettin me down! I have Imovie 08. We are going to download the newest version once the computer has been cleaned up a bit.Thanks!

Have u talked to Staci? She is great and when I had "chip" issues from mailing or whatever happened, it was replaced. The starbase was chipped too but I didnt return it…instead I got a pack of free goodies. But to answer your question, I am the "queen of returns" and knowing me I would want one free of any marks if possible. Since you have been waiting so long, perhaps u cud send them a photo and see if they would knock something off the price or send some free goodies or something? I got my pole in about 8 days and the new pole arrived in the same amount of time…no delays. Sorry you are dealing with that but Im sure Staci will fix it. 🙂

I was awfully dizzy tho…something about going round and round upside down was a bit much for me, but I inverted a lot easier.

I would like to find that thread as well. I just started inverting and I found that it was actually easier for me on spinny. That sounds weird I know….

I understand self defense, but the fact that the boy had no weapon…..how could he justify shooting him….?? As the news reporter said, this will follow Z. the rest of his life no matter where he goes. This was one more tragic event.

Wiped the pole down with vinegar then rinsed it with water. It's ok now!!

I am from Midlothian Va and I started in March consistently. The studio in Richmond is Studio X. I have a pole at home and take Veena's lessons and watch youtube as well. I am 52, I have 2 girls and a grandboy 18 mos old. 🙂

I have liked it until today…ordered some gloves. It is weird becuz I was having zero problems with it before!

It's the same, hot hot hot! I just ordered some gloves from mighty grip and they are sending some grip aid powder. I had one from another co. and that has stopped working as well. Pole feels like a coating is on it now even after cleaning.

I am thinking about getting a photographer's backdrop set up……like veena uses in a lot of her vids. That would take care of the garage look for photos!
