Just sprained my ankle! It happened so fast, but I was coming out of a simple spin and I think…I put my feet down to stop but my body tried to keep going. That caused my ankle to twist. Just using ice and ibuprofen. It's red and just a little puffy but hurts like anything if I dont keep it straight. I can walk ok tho. Nice…

My daughter, 19, had a breast reduction and the lift was part of the procedure. We visited 4 surgeons and the last one said that she shud be able to breast feed if she has children later. He said the ducts were not cut. All the other surgeons however said jus the opposite. Good luck to you. She is very happy!

I have the Lil Mynx in my house and really like it! I just want one that I can put in my garage where I have lots more room. The PS star stand alone (new one) looks really good and I would not have to drill into the cement floor as I would a permanent one. I cant use the portable in there, ceilings way too high.

14 feet is my ceiling height in garage which is too high for me! Besides that, not sure hubby wants me to have it drilled in the garage floor. Free standing pole may be my only option…

I think I will just have to go with one of the stages. If only my 14 ft room was not over concrete!

Camkobo, I had tried to go that route but they told me the drop mount is for commercial use only. She said a home could not withstand it.. That would have been perfect tho and thanks!

had no idea they were that expensive to ship. It came up much cheaper on their website. Yea I googled them and they are kinda short for me.

Well I did a little "demo" for him and he clapped and said "very nice…..uh the game is almost over, so Im headed downstairs so u can keep on dancing!" lol. That is fine with me, I do it becuz I like it.

Dubstep for me becuz it's the original, only kicked up a few notches. Folks will think it's the originalversion until the rest of the song kicks in. Sounds creative. I just think that song sounds better being sung by a woman lol. Much more sexy than the other one in my opinion if that helps.

This was the FIRST spin taught to me and I too was discouraged. The classes tho are continuing and you can drop in whenever and everyone else was doing great. I decided rite then and there to get my own pole! The fireman was easier for me.

I just started and I have been working on the pole about 2 to three times per week for at least an hour and a helf. The time goes by so quickly! Flexibility every other morning.

OH yes they are awful, but I am on a patch which controls the flashes. I wont be on them long becuz I know about the dreadful side effects when using them long term. U cant go over 7 years and i have been on them on and off for 3. No sweaty hands or anything but I am just a beginner so I dont do a lot on the pole yet.

Were u dizzy at all? Dizziness makes u queasy…I know that is what it does for me. I have had vertigo twice which is why I won't even attempt the spinny pole! U probably over did it..maybe kept your head down too long. I have found that it is worse when I have an ear problem going on too. Take care….and be careful!

The teacher of polefit where I attended class is 65 and she is awesome! I am 52 and just starting but I know what you mean. I felt like that the first day too but looking at youtube at all body types made me feel better!

I am feeling the same way, I teach school and I have to be careful as well. A few of my close friends know that I have started and they want to do it too, but you're right about what some people think, As of rite now, I am not "broadcasting" it but I want to in the future. For now, Im not saying much. I am with you on this one and I need help with this as well.

Lyme, this would be another one in case my bedroom won't be big enough. I am waiting on the new mount so that I can use the LM.

I have a tray ceiling in my bedroom where I am about to get mine mounted. Hmmm…I didn't know there may be a difference in the beams. Thanks!
