Lots of great pole blogs out there! I love that there is so much digital litereature written in this field.
I find a lot of the blogs i enjoy by simply googling pole dancing blog. Give it a try and maybe you will find some you like. 🙂

I have alwasy been small chested (a small A cup) and even when i got really heavy they didn't grow much. But whenever I lose weight its one of the first places it goes from on me. But I have found that working out helps me keep them looking good, regardless of size. i have nice perky little boobs due to my pec muscles. 🙂

I run into this a lot too. For the most part I don't post any pole photos onto my personal facebook page. I created a seperate pole page and invited the friends who like to see my pole acomplishments. sometimes I will post the occasional street poling shot on my FB but I always worry. I'd like to hear what others do as well.

I like your idea littleengine, I'm following your blog now. 🙂 I think its pretty open to your own creativity of how you want to do the challenge, you don't have to do the 30 days in 30 days, just as long as you do them, so if you miss som days just pick up where you left off. 🙂

Sure I hope everyone tries it out!
So for the questions you answer with text, make it your status, for photos just create a seperate album called 30daychallenge. 🙂

Shall we start Day 1 off today then?

not sure how we want to incorporate it on here. its photos and text answers….I'm open to suggestions. I just think it would be fun 🙂

I love my pole 🙂 it works really well and I have no complaints. I would like to buy a new pole in the future and i will probably look at getting a 45mm Titanium Gold x-pole.

Monokini, side cutout, one-piece thing?I know you are looking for performance quality clothing but after reading this I decided to make an attempt at the cirlce cut out style top and I cut up an old exercise top. It works really well for me so far and i'm happy with it. So there is always the option of altering existing clothing if you don't have the cash to invest in new stuff. 🙂

I love the idea of creating a stage personality when doing any type of performance. It can be so hard to share yourself with an audience through dance, song, or anyt type of performing. Sometimes creating that stage personality and giving them a name helps. My days of performing have come and gone and while I have my doubts about performing again in the future if i did I think i would create a stage name and build upon it. 🙂 I would probably pick something with KiKi in it

I am currently struggling with this issue for the Yogini as well. I have teh flexibilty but lack the back and leg strength to lift my leg higher. I was told to try the Bow yoga position. I have also been laying on my stomach and stretching my legs out straight and lifting them.
