I think it is really unprofessional 2 allow your name 2 b associated with what is apparently such consistently bad customer service. Ordered the dvd about 3 months ago. Never received it. The part I think is so shady is JK can’t even bother herself 2 send even 1 reply 2 my e-mails. There’s no excuse 4 that except that she just wants your $. If u order the dvd u may as well have just thrown your $ out the window. What a scam!
