My instructor wanted me to finish the move. I told her what happen to me, what was going on and I why I heistated.

I didn’t fall. I just black out. I will check it out I think I wasn’t hydrated enough and my body maybe wasn’t ready for this move

Please give me the exact dates, so I can see if it will benefit me to drive there or take a flight. I want to meet more pole friends to help me in my journey. I love to cook, writing a cooking book actually, dont mind being the cook!! and I cook everything : )

Fear has to do with a lot, I had problems with the front hook spin, and fear had me doing it all wrong. I let go and kept practcing and I got it : ) sometimes you have to relax and let go

I haven’t learn the back hook yet, look at the clip, count to four and on four,let your hand out and move with momentum. Its goodto have a pole at home,because otherwise I will just keep going back to pole class to learn, I kept practicing and I got it : )

I GOT IT and did it, its not smooth, but I got the hang of it, I need to just continue practicing : )

I have seen far worst on facebook. matter of fact they have a room called dark room, where anything goes, and there are inappropriate photos there, it was hater!!

Speaking from the client/consumer point of view. Find another location. I love presentation and ambience, that is what sells me,or get me to inquire about something, now some woman may not care for that, but if your not happy, then it can put a dent overall atmosphere. You want to be happy where you are training. So I think you should find another location you are happy with and then advertise. : ) Presentation is everything
