How does this work as I am not on Instagram?
I’d love the challenge though, be brilliant as I need to practise and learn a lot 😊 -

Also I am using it with the dome, main A and B poles with a 200mm extension at the top. Neither is it over extended at the adjuster rod.
I used to have a chrome 45mm xpert (XX) and I never had close to this amount of flexibility in it.
PLEASE HELP!!!
I’ve had a 6 year break off the pole and want to get practising but I’m a bit weary now 🤔🤔
Could it be the x joints not stretching out enough? I have taken it apart and made sure the joints were put back in as tight as I could do them. Are the joints (inside) supposed to be oiled at all to loosen up any stiffness they may have??
Thanks -
Hi thanks for your reply 😊 do you know the measurements heights wise for the fixed mounts? I looked on xpole uk today but couldn’t find exact measurements for them. I was looking at the white round mount, would ideally have these in both rooms. When the boys start moaning or trying to join in lol it seems a much easier get away with the fixed mounts.

Hi, thank you for your response 😊 the pole is mainly in the living room, half decent height and plenty of room, def the main space to pole.
But I have two teenage sons and other half, in the evening they like to chill out, put a film on etc, that’s why the lower (ceiling)room is ideal 😊 when I’m on a good one I can keep going.
I can still practise certain moves. I don’t expect it to be the best practise area. I just wanted some advice if I could switch the B pole to a slightly smaller extension.

oops on my phone, that post came up twice !

Hey everyone, this is nothing to do with pole! But has anyone tried or do any facial exercises? I,m just curious do they work or a waste of time?? As muscle tone can make a big difference to the body would it be the same with the face? I,m in my 30’s now thinking along the lines of ‘prevention better than cure’! Would love to know if anyone has any experience of this kind of exercise! X

My shar pei Bentley gets between me and the pole all the time, especially when i want to try a new move (spotter??) I,ve lost count of the accidental kicks to the head hes had but that hasnt stopped him!!

i cant find any vids of the mipole lights anywhere, not even on you tube 🙁 think i,ll ave to buy them and try em out, post a vid.
-
@chemgoddess i,m not really sure just something colour changing, dont want anything thats going to fill the room, but just light up my pole area. I like the look of the mipole lights as they are run on batterys, so no wires, and they sound easy to put on the pole without havin to take my pole down.

On my anklets the stitching is coming undone on the edges around the back. The fronts of them if I lay them out flat the stitching looks fine but when I turn them over the stitches on the back have either split (horizontally) or the stitches are to close to the end of the tack strip and the actual strip is fraying(vertically) hence the loose stitching at the ends. I think the 3 strips are going on mine but one foot is worse than the other but thats obviosly down to me not swapping them over. Sorry for all the vertical/horizontal dont know how else to explain it. I would say my bottom strips are the worst, then the top and then the middle. Hope this helps x
-
I mean vertically, I think the stitches have broken when they are pulled on and off as the anklet is stretched horizontally to pull over the foot. I think they need vertical stitches every half inch or so. Theres a lot of stretch around the width, but not a lot of stretch going up the length and I think maybe a few stitches going up the length aswell as your stiches going around the width would make them a bit stronger. I'm no seamstress mind just an idea I had to repair mine and see if the tack strips last a bit longer x I'll do it to mine and see if the strips last any longer and let you know x

Tarah I will say my god poling is so adictive haha on hols I was eyeing up lamposts, scafolding, pretty much any thing that looked like a pole haha, so I dont know what happened when I got home xx
-
Hi Tarah, watched your vid WOW xx Do you think the hol had something to do with it?? Mad coincidence.
I had a lush mess about on the pole today, no standards, no inverts just playing about with lots of bum shaking and looking a bit silly, the best bit was my smile and positive energy the whole time I loved it. Did try one strength move and it wasnt happening but just let it go and carried on having fun. xx
