Maybe your over working youself? or it may be other factors as well. bad springy mattress, eating too heavy too close to going to bed, etc.

Your better off just learning on your own! I would report her if that's even an option.

i tried the shots for a while to see if it would help with my wrist pain…it was ok i guess. only down side is that you have to stick with it for a while and im not too fond of shotshttps://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_puke_r.gif

You seem to already be a flexible chick. but i would stretch everyday as often as possible. When i was still actively dancing i would fall asleep in splits or froggy positions lol.  Now usually when i sit, i sit in a diamond position . and if im standing i tend to always have my leg propped up on a counter/chair somewhere (bad habit lol). You just have to be careful not to over stretch… just  make sure you apply the right amount of pressure while not over doing it.

I don’t think it will be a problem. I know people who dye their hair like every few months (like me..but not any more) and I have really black hair also.

Too late to start? Absolutely not! Like Kyrelle stated…im sure you will be great cause of the upper body strength men naturally have. So get to it and post some videos! Lol.

And im not sure about Jersey pole schools. Maybe you should search under the friends section and locate other people  from Jersey and see if they attend any spots that may be close to you.

@Rixi If your "thick" than im obese! LOL Im 5'2 and weight 145-150!!! (too much junk in and around the trunk i guess lol)

@Sensual Thanks for the pics! My hands are actually a bit smaller than yours so your pics are very helpful!

And i hate poling on a 50mm.Thought it was me, but when i went to a friends house ( she has a 45mm lil mynx)..boy the difference! So im officially on a hiatus from poling until i buy my own pole.

    Im currently undecisive ….not sure if i should go with a 40mm or a 45mm https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif
