Ok I put on some sexy boots (pleaser delights) & did a couple of beginner spins. I totally wish I had a camera to post ;( I am using more of my lats and legs. Pecs aren’t confident for climbs

I just got mine 1/25/12 silocone-overs-infra mammary-500cc. I told my ps I wanted to go as big as I could with my lifestyle considered. We choose the above measurements, and I’m extremely happy. I know I will have to wait (at least) 2 weeks for a full push up & one handed spin kind of strain. I was also told as soon as I could; to do a series of arms above head exercises. To be smart and avoid if I couldn’t. But I could. I’m just loopy from pain killers for balance to do any spins. It took a while for me to get strength for climbs & sits/holds. So I will def wait till I get the go ahead from ps/ myself/ my confidence to do more.

To share, on topic, yes. Yet ONLY when in the studio pole "lip service" (anything from queefing (has anyone used this term, is it wrong?) to pulling a wedgie out and showing any skin) has happened; during conditioning and while I learned some inverts, since I had a pole without the best mirror placement I asked my instructor to reposition myself and as nervous as I was I gave some lip service = laughed so hard I didn't focus on the correct muscles but holding on to save a fall. No one knew, yet I 'had to just share' with the new inverters.
I wish during studio conditioning time whenever someone, ie me, gives that kind of lip service we can make light of it and say something to break the tension- break the tension, focus, condition, have a great time. Overall no embarrassment. I think.
It happens and whats the best way to deal with it in the studio. Take a break, follow to a sit, hold? During private sessions I work thru it. I can relax myself more alone when it happens. I think distracting someone else embarrasses me to uncomfortable point.
When I'm with bf , and it happens, I just say I'm finally back to my normal size, then its a good laugh. That says something about my relationship with my bf- gross? I'll show you gross.

At age 29, I’ve been getting Brazilians (everything off) since 17 yo every 2-3 weeks. I love being smooth is an understatement. I have horrible coarse hair there, every where else is conditioned to finer hair. Everyone is unique in this. My esthetican has advised me not to soften the skin with long warm bathes before, accidentially pulls more skin & can tear, rip off skin. Epsom salt is ok for afterwards (if it works for you- bruise wise), exfoliate when skin is soft, but don’t use oils afterwards- clogs the pores then it’ll worse. I will have to debate on pole sits if I just got waxed the day before due to the pressure it might cause irritation (nice be thighs) & bumps from ingrowns or plugged pores. If you have an estie ask the best way to treat, or call one at a salon (that’s experienced with that wax job, with happy clientele) they’ve seen everything, (maybe not your everything), so they’ve probably heard everything. And esties have to recertify frequently & choose to go to conferences, so they’ll be familiar with many lines that work for dilemmas. They also have different kinds of wax, hard, dry, hot; and might know what is the best angle for different growth patterns that you might not see. Bests!

Thanks for all the pics & soon to come info, I was looking into PS brass for tall ceilings, but shopping around. Tell me how you like the spin, and switch to static mode
