Ive gotten pretty much only good reactions

my sister and my mom: thats a cool workout

my bf: at first he didnt like the idea but i brought him to the salon de lamour et seduction in montreal( everything to do with sex show) and maiko star was performing so i brought him to see the performance and i told him ''thats what i want to do''…he was shocked at what she was doing and he absolutely fell in love with pole fitness and encouraged me and even gave me massages after pole practice 😀

my friends: wow thats so cool, i want to see pictures, show me some moves…

some people: oh, are you gonna be a stripper? why buy an expensive pole you can get some at sex shops you know…(some people can be so silly)

some people ive met and have seen my pictures on facebook: i saw your pictures thats pretty awesome, are you also a stripper? Me: No i do it for fun and fitness  them: oh thats so cool i didnt know you could do that

My aunt was so proud and excited that I was doing it. So excited she decided to tell everyone in my family including me grandma.My aunt: hey Jenny started pole dancing  My grandma: oh my god my grand-daughter is pole dancing in montreal( thinking i had become a stripper) my aunt then explained to her about pole fitness and she was very relieved. 😛

Pretty much all my friends and family are very supportive..although i do have guy friends that make comments about stripper pole but know its for fitness and just like to tease me.

I go to studio409 and I absolutely love it! Our teacher Valerie is such a sweetheart, loves teaching, takes the time to make sure everyone is safe. She makes us feel right at home. I wouldnt want to pole anywhere else with any other teacher.

Im glad i did the right thing then last week when a girl called for poles. She told me her teacher wanted to sell her an xpole but it was too expensive. I told her to get the xpole because for pole fitness nothing is better and there would be less risk of her hurting herself. If she was going to buy a private dancer kit or carmen electra pole just because of the price I wouldnt recommend it.

Im really worried because the girls I work with sell this as a pole for fitness. they just say '' as long as you dont jump on it to spin you should be ok''.  It even says on the box its not for acrobatic moves.

for a manicure:

instead of splurging for gel and acrylic nails at a salon

buy stick on nails(Boradway) at the pharmacy, they look amazing, you can choose the length you want, different colours and designs, and their glue is amazing( i was able to do everything i wanted without ruining the nails and they stayed on for 2weeks)

if you want to exfoliate your body but dont want to spend a ton of money on expensive exfoliation creams use SUGAR! it works wonders for me and its alot cheaper.

when youre 5years old sex doesnt exist in your world. So if your brought up that a pole for excercise you will appreciate the strength it takes to do the moves, but if you are brought up that a pole is wrong and its sexual then thats what you will think of it. Yes pole is sexual if thats what you make of it but it doesnt have to be.

I swear by MIRENA

i used the pill and the nuva ring(vaginal ring) and nothing has worked as well for me as Mirena, As everyones body is different ill tell you my experience with it

getting it inserted hurt like a B!+(H! anyways..you get the point, and it took me a few hours of having a hot pack on my stomach to get over the pain

I was bleeding(spotting) for the first month but after that I havent had my period since. Ive been on Mirena almost one year now and havent had any symptoms at all, havent gotten pregnant, havent gotten my period. This thing has been my miracle worker.
