You are not over reacting I would probably feel the same in your situation. I think the best thing to do is stay polite let her work there. I have seen so many girls (and guys!) do that. She is probably insecure and jealous of you. Be the bigger person 😉

I couldnt touch my toes before I started pole. I started warming up and stretching and now I can touch my toes. When I started I could ardly get passed my knees. You have to stretch everyday or else theres no point. Don't give up!

    haha love the zombieland reference

    cardio and lots of pole

  • I caught the show yesterday on ctv and I was like ''omg!!!'' very very discouraged at all the prejudice. even goldie hawn who tried pole at her daughters house(kate hudson). seriously…and saying '' oh well if you make the girls pole dance at a young age you will send them off to work in stripclubs because there is nothing else to do with pole'' I felt like smacking him silly.

They dont get that the classes teach fitness and not '' stripper 101''. I can understand with the names of some classes it can lead to confusion but does he really think that the teachers that teaches adults a sexy wamrup will really be stupid enough to do the same with kids?

also..to a child a stripper or stripclub doesnt exist. they dont know what it is, If you teach the child that a pole is for stripping then thats how they wil see it. If you show them its about the fitness, strength, and the circus aspect of it thats how they will see it.

I absolutely know what you mean!

Even me at 23 most of my friends have babies, are getting engaged, traveling…and what am i doing with my bf of 3 years? working and paying bills! Pole is a good way to escape, build your confidence in and out of the studio. It makes you feel accomplished in something new and exciting. It also gives you time for yourself and getting to meet woman just like you. Poling has changed my life in more ways that I could have ever imagined.

like sassypants says only drink water. never drink your calories unless you are willing to burn them off. dont et too much salty foods because it retains water and might make you swell up

when you are about to eat something make sure you are hungry and not bored. always think twice 😉

I have a very low tolerance for pain, so for me laser hair removal and waxing is kinda icky for me.

I hate shaving because 1. it takes me forever because i have looooaaads of unwanted hair, 2. I get razor burns, and bumps 3. my hair starts growing back after 1 day so it really sucks

From what ive seen from the at home laser hair removal is that its pain free, can take a while but its more like waxing, itll remove the hair but it wont be completely permanent, and the burning smell is normal

I have extremely sensitive skin and have breakouts on my face and my back. something that has helped for me is every 2-3months when i can afford it i go for a facial and a back treatment at the esthetician. It cleans out the pores of the skin really well and i noticed that soon after my skin is a bit clearer

I have stretch marks too, most are not from the pole just from gaining alot of weight and losing it. I have stretch marks on the inside of the thighs and my bum. Not cool.Bio oil hasnt done much for me :(. Ive also started getting stretch marks behind my knees from pole. I hope one day they find a way to get rid of stretch marks.

I saw that bertysbooboo  can do the starfish so you might want to ask her how she does it.
