So I’m going home overThanksgiving to visit some family and I’m hoping that Jeng and I are going to meet up to pole…[but I would love to meet anyone else that’s around the burgh!!!

when you’re warming up, you have to warm up your pole also. you will NOT stick to a pole that is cold!!!

I know I did warm up the pole https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif Did alot of different spins on it for about half an hour before I started trying the scorpio.. That should be enough right? Anyways I though the pole was warm enough, it was the skin on my legs that wasn’t.. lol

i live in pennsylvania and it feels like 20 degrees outside. So, i went and bought a space heater to stick in front of my pole to help get it started warming up. I hate feeling like i am sliding down a huge icecicle!!! lol… then i warm up the rest of the way with my body. it has been working for me..

OMG YES!!! this happens to me all the time. Its very aggravating aint it!! lol… i just keep on trying or try another new move. I dont know why this happens- i have just accepted it for the most part. Sorry this dont help ya much. Just wanted to let ya know you’re not alone! I dont think you are doing anything wrong though….

i posted a blog on this too. i bought some mighty grip and use it sometimes. it works ok. Veena told me to try yellow rubber gloves, i like to use them too. it works. others use windex to wipe their pole down with.

I uploaded my video two days ago and I’m still not able to watch it on here.. What’s wrong? How long to do have to wait? It said it was approved but I still can’t view it.
I know what you mean, i uploaded my video 3 or 4 days ago and it says its still processing!!! i thought it was just me!

Wow, thank you! Those certainly are amazing prices…though I sort of dread seeing the shipping on them. They must get their money somehow, right?
I’ll certainly keep an eye on this one though, especially since you give it such a great review. I’m always a little bit wary about buying online unless other people do it first!

Oooh georgiapeach thanks for posting that. I’m a half size person, 7.5, thinking I should go up to 8? I don’t know how true to size they are but I’m looking at something closed-toe right now so I’m afraid to go down to a 7 as my pleasers are a 7 and they wedge my toes uncomfortably even though theyre open toe.

We don’t really have a store like target in ol’ blighty. I think the nearest we have is Asda (same as walmart) or poundstretcher. I’ll have a look though. Been researching it on the web and found some mirror film. Thinking if it’s thick enough I could paste it to some big board (conti or mdf or something) and use that. Anyone else heard of it/used it?
mirror film and mirror on a roll is a big waste of time and money. i tried it and it was a huge mess!!!! go with the mirrors and take the frames off!!
