Maybe its not on the joist so its overtight to the ceiling? There’s no damage on ceiling and we’ve been going hard on it

its Spins smoothe in one spot and then catches, I get a few revolutions but it has never had continuous smooth spin it does not flick spin with one hand either i have to put weight into it

Watching other spin videos and i know my Pole just isn’t spinning smooth… I’ve had this problem since i put it up….I’ve adjusted it, loosened it to the very last point i can, I’ve taken it down and rebuilt it… X Pole won’t exchange it cause its used so now what? I seriously want the veena Pole but where its one piece and i want to move, i think i need to wait till i figure that out, don’t want to waste money… Ugg frustrating 🙁 still using it every day, but i want to do pretty spins and it just doesn’t keep going 🙁 may just switch to stationary so i dont keep disappointing myself

I did have locks for my bags also, we didn’t have lockers and i had a locking makeup case

I also kept every outfit for work separated in Ziploc bags in my work bag, keeps them cleaner and easier to find the stuff that goes together, i also had two bags my big one for everything, my sm one for shoes so they didn’t get my clothes stinky, and my makeup case…don’t borrow peoples stuff always be prepared!

When you do club work, the Pole is secondary. Many don’t even use it at all do don’t worry about that…
What to bring:
Shoes +spare they will break if you don’t have spare 🙂
Outfits that make you feel sexy
Baby wipes
Make up
Thongs and spare thongs
Tampons
Anything you use for your hair
A towel to sit on (don’t ever sit on the chairs with your bare bum)
Microfiber cloth to wipe Pole when its your turn
Music if they let u choose your own
Perfume/body spray
A small empty purse to keep all your money with you at all times! You can put jewelry and whatever in there that you don’t want any one touching
Most important: bring your sexy attitude and confidence! -

My ceiling is only 7’2″ us there any option for that? I love my xpole but find i have to wipe it after every little spin…its getting annoying

It is hard to be there but i couldn’t leave my babies with a stranger in their last hour. I know it hard i do rescue and it never gets easy… Being there for them to say good bye helps them pass in comfort and not be scared :(, I’m so sorry you are going through this it is never easy
