Yes, I learn a lot by watching videos here, too (and youtube) but If you self-taught, it's better if you have detail intructions, I think, it's more safely, not?

Thank you very much girls. I bought Pole Pocket Studio and I like so much Felix Cane's videos. She do things/moves slow, because of I think to buy her DVDs but first I want to know your opinion 🙂

I'm from Madrid. In Spain it's hard to find a good studio or place where you can learn or practice pole.
In Barcelona, Chiqui Marti have a studio. She is famous and sometime appear in tv shows. Her web http://stripartstudio.com/scripts/index.php
In Madrid, there are a couple of studios but I don't heart anything good about it…
In Ibiza, I don't know.. but I recommend you going to Cala Bassa, beautiful place

I also bought a pole through Tara. Her videos surprised me, I'm fell in love with the pole since this moment and I would like to do the same things. Even I wrote Tara asked for advice on buying the pole 🙂

yo hace tiempo q tengo barra pero voy por epocas, en funcion del tiempo q tenga, generalmente me pongo mas en verano, este año empece con clases pero las tuve q dejar, asi q seguire aprendiendo sola, aunq desde noviembre no hago nada, pero no me preocupa demasiado, la fuerza no la pierdo pq voy a clases de trapecio fijo y telas aereas

Dove, estuve buscando los nombres en español y no encontre nada, pero hago telas aereas y trapecio, en los cuales hay cosas muy parecidas, asi q si quieres saber alguno en especial, dimelo, y si coincide q se su nombre en telas/trapecio, te lo digo, te parece?
Mara, yo tb soy de Madrid, si quieres te puedo decir donde aprender pero no es barato, yo me compre la barra y DVDs pq vi q me salia mas rentable. La barra la compre en el mismo sitio q Dove, pero en 2008, asi q la mia es una X-Pole (de 50mm) y tb estoy contenta con ella, lo unico que tuve q comprar las herramientas especiales pq a veces se hace dificil desmontarla…
