Day 20- tuck spin with a bonus. My son decided to come running in and swing. LOL gotta love that boy! So, even though this is not my favorite take spin wise, it is my favorite because he is in it.

Thank you everyone for your replies. I have looked at all of your suggestions and for now, I think I am going to start with a video I picked up called Yoga for your week with Rodney Yee. It seems to me that I have a lot to learn. I am finding out that Yoga is more than just an exercise or a bunch of stretches, it is a recipe for life, with added benefits thrown in. (or that is what it seems to be to me)
At any rate, I am taking the first step in the Tuesday morning after my run…tomorrow is Front splits, then I will do yoga on Tuesday, back mobility on Wednesday, yoga on Thursday, Middle splits on Friday and Yoga on Saturday and Sunday. Can’t wait to get started.

Day 16- V invert. I think it will take some time before my legs stay straight too. Oh well, I did it. Something I might have thought was impossible in the not too far past 🙂

Day 15: torso twist. The variations were fun in that I never do them. Going to have to add them in.

Day 14: elbowstand sit up. For some reason, elbowstands give me a lot of trouble. So, I climbed the pole and did the sit ups, which I like anyway as a strength builder for my abs. I do them quite often actually. Anyway, it is kind of a fail, but I guess I still did part of it. 🙂

Day 13: Aerial bodywaves. I have not done these before. I really need to work on my split grip. This was awful! But at least I had a little fun with it.

Thank you so much! I just know that I have to do something. I started doing HIIT this week on the treadmill as a way to boost my fat loss. I will try Google!

We needed a 12′ pole to put it in our shop, and they were pretty expensive, so he got a 12′ piece of 2″ od copper pipe and built if for me. So, I know it is copper. I read that copper and brass are basically the same, so it should be okay. After 3 years of waiting, I am not complaining!
