I actually had the same problem, I posted something about it under Health and Fitness I think… It hurt the worst when I did spins.
It went away literally like a week after I posted about it! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif You could also try doing simple warm up stuff with your fingers and hands, too, and that may help with the pain. Good luck!
