If your lady business is getting pinched then maybe the pole is too far up between your thighs. The pole should rest flat against um, "you"… That’s my guess, anyway, without seeing.
Using a handstand or headstand to try to get a feel for where your legs are going is a good idea. Also you could try doing just a regular invert and sliding so your back is touching the ground, but staying with your legs up on the pole. From there you can get used to where your legs are supposed to be because you’re semi-hanging.
But congrats on getting the move, even if it hurt! It’s still progress! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif

Or, Fleur, you can right-click and hit copy on the address bar where the video is, then when you make a response to the thread click the button above that says "URL". You’ll get with the cursor in between, then right-click again and hit paste and the http:// crap should appear between them. When you hit submit, the post will show your link in blue so they can click on it.
Whatever is easiest for you https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

Chrome and titanium have different grips. Plus they’re different colors: chrome is silver, and the titanium that you’ll get from the US is gold (other countries have the silver…). Titanium grips better than chrome, so the chrome is more slippery. I suggest the chrome only because if you do that then you could practically hold onto anything, but if you’re not planning on switching poles or something then it’s purely up to you.
All X-poles have both spinning and static options. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

I’m so mad! I tried doing my video, but I couldn’t find an appropriate outfit at first (I would’ve still been clothed, but not much… I didn’t think a g-string would fly). So I changed my clothes like 5 times in the course of trying to film. Second my camera wouldn’t work although I discovered the screen will flicker if I bang it on the nightstand a few times (hey, I figured I’ve got nothing to lose if it’s already not working). So I resorted to trying the webcam. Well quality isn’t bad, but it’s not up to speed so when I spin it just kinda skips it or I’m a blur. Then I couldn’t find a song that I was really feeling. I finally found one but by then I was exhausted from changing my clothes and playing with the camera so after a few failed attempts I was tired and didn’t want to do it anymore.
I’m also experimenting with a new thing to keep my hands from sweating, and it was sorta-kinda working, I just have to get used to it.
So I’m rather mad… and when and if I get a good dance in, it’ll probably be with the webcam… good thing my birthday is coming up, I’ll ask for a new camera.

So Mr. Webmaster, is what I was suggesting to do right??? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif I’d feel bad if I gave her bad advice… also it would be nice to know if it happens to me someday, too…

confession: I just spent the next 20 minutes after replying to that post watching other videos by him… too funny.

Oh that definitely sounds like phishing to me. (although I’m no expert, that’s my disclaimer) A computer basically pirates your network-based accounts on the internet and takes them over: sends out friend requests, sends false messages, puts up fake bulletins, etc. They’ve also been known to do the same thing with Instant messenger programs – sends out messages to your friends or puts up an away message with a link in it that will make the same thing happen with their computer.
If you can’t change the passwords or get someone from customer service at those sites to reset them for you, then deleting them and starting over may be the only option. I’d send out an email or something to all your contacts to let them know what happened and have them block your old account if possible. Then make a new one. I’d still do some thorough virus and spyware scans on your computer to make sure there isn’t something there.
I’m kinda hoping I’m wrong so you don’t have to go through all that work… :/

Ohhh one of those stupid things… I know with MySpace when your account is "phished" the first thing they tell you to do is change your password. Might be something to try. Another thing you may consider is just canceling all your accounts with those various services (since a lot of it is now gone anyway) and making new ones. HOWEVER if it is something in the actual computer then it may just happen again, so I’m not sure how much good that would do.
Is it like a virus that’s effected your entire computer, or is it more of a phishing thing that’s just getting into all your networking-type accounts and playing around? If it’s the latter then just doing the things I said may help, if it’s more like a virus then I’m not sure what to tell you other than scan the heck out of it and see what comes up.
EDIT: I should also probably mention that phishing is more like a computer hacking your passwords and such as opposed to an actual individual sitting at a computer somewhere typing… it’s a bit easier to throw off than the person.

OMG Lola that video was hilarious! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif I’m not sure if I learned anything or actually lost IQ points, though… I’m also afraid to take advice about moves from a guy wearing a cast… https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif
And I can’t believe that you would even think of trying that drunk! I couldn’t do it sober… https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif

So what exactly did they do? Just erased all your stuff or was there more to it than that?
I’m so sorry this happened to you… Hacking your computer has become just as personal as breaking into your house anymore… https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cry.gif
