I have nothing to add being that I’m 5’2 but I will say it amazes me to hear so many of you say how tall you are… Especially since I’ve watched all of yalls videos… I never knew any of you were that tall lol videos play tricks I’d say most looked avg height. With the exception of veena and legend they are all legs lol but I think it’s beautiful to see leggy hot women pole 🙂

My ceiling is 7’3 feet and I have really plush carpet. I’ve had no issues with my pole at all and it’s an xpole 45 mm. I’m only 5″2 but 7″3 isn’t all that much room for me so I can’t wait til
I move. But have someone help you set It up. It’s a little confusing when your actually doing lower heights instead of higher. Ny husband and his bf put it up for me

I have a daughter only 2 years old but she’s been exposed to this for almost a year now. I never take my pole down that’s too much work. My landlord maintenance workers neighbors Everyone has seen it asks and I show them a quick vid and all I get is awesome. I’ve never been asked if I was a stripper because they all got to know me before they even knew I had a pole. So when they do find out they are like wow that’s why your skinny and buff lol. All of my family knows. Mind you I’m only 23, I’m the youngest of my brother and sister. My brother and father know but dnt want to see anything lol me bein their “little girl” even my grandparents who are 70 knw. I skype with family all the time and it’s always go upside down! My mother whom I send videos to shows random people in super markets and her friends at work. She’s extremely proud. Like jungle cat said how you treat pole is how others will see it. Back to topic now, yes my daughter is young but she knows what it is. Walks around it holding it or will stand next to it and just use her hand to spin it. My daughter was diagnosed with cp at 9 months. We have Many many therapists who come weekly for therapy. Some ask right away others waited. But her main teacher actually likes that I have a pole. Lily didn’t walk until she was 16 months.. And how did she get started? By standing next to the pole holding it and walking in circles. So it’s not just for me. Her physical therapist sees her using her right hand ( which is the aide affected by cp) and she encourages her! Because lily rarely uses that hand and if her holding a pole with that Hand gets her to use it then she’s all for it. Point is the kids are what they see. And I’ll be happy if lily grows up appreciating pole for it’s strength and beauty the way I do.

My pole is set to 7’2 and I’m 5″3 I dnt have problems except when I do aerial inverts I sometimes hit the ceiling and I cannot fully extend on my straightedge during alot of my practices I hit the ceiling and take popcorn off.. I guess over time I’ve gotten use to it and adjusted
Makes u more aware when u pole but it is doable

Great questions. The first time I danced for hubby he kinda asked. He said it’s been almost a year why don’t you dance for me? I said idk I will soon. Kept planning and never happened due to the little love. (our daughter) one day I realized she’s asleep perfect opportunity. I was nervous as hell! Lol I put a sexy outfit and told him to choose a song. He did we had candles and I danced. He liked the eye contact. The slower sexier moves. I did basic spins lots of floor work. Since then I’ve danced alot more for him. It’s still sexy slowish music and yes he still likes the sexy dancing but he’s really starting to like the advanced tricks and wall dancing sometimes he doesn’t see my new tricks so when I dance I bust them out and he gets amazed. Really contact your inner stripper, lol after the first time I wasn’t nervous anymore and it was fun more of a tease. But if ur just starting I say be spontaneous and stick to what u knw and are good at I’ve found inverts during a dance aren’t sexy lol not for me at least because I huff and puff totally up to you but if YOU feel sexy it will radiate to him good luck!

Wow tarah didn’t knw u were gna start teaching. Congrats it looks great. Love the pole room and website. So I started teaching friends for fun. Ultimately later I would love to teach at a studio. I’m teaching 2 friends right now doing $10 a class which is an Hr. When they would have paid $30-$40. It’s good because both girls come 2-3 times a week. A lower price is good to start it gives them incentive to keep going back and ultimately givin u money. But these are my friends and I’m an avid gym rat so I’m teaching them exercises for strength. And best part is after we usually do breakfast and socialize so it’s not just a clas u knw. But like I said these are friends. Maybe ask ur friends. Because ur friends have friends who I’m sure would be interested. But congrats ur gna be an awesome teacher!

Lyme I dnt think it requires any “extra” strength conditioning like abs.. I’ve been a gym rat and work out everyday and wasn’t def wasn’t able to do it just because it had abs.. I say practice it when your maybe an Hr into ur workout.. Be really warmed up but not exhausted. I read somewhere on here.. Someone said once you position yourself, imagine or try to bring the pole down. Not the opposite of what we would think which is getting our legs up. My mind was right and I went for it and got it. It will come. I got mine and like veena said try from the floor. Practice leg ups.. And think ur positioning through. Cause once I got it I was in shock up there and didnt knw what to do lol.. I hope that helps.. But don’t think u need abs or anything ive seen amazing bigger women pole and to the sm better then lil ol me!

Tara you also inspired me with our dance as well. It’s amazing how many lives you touched through pole on a computer screen… I pray you find peace and that god continues to guide u in the right path. Your beautiful on the outside as well as on the inside.. You weren’t just practicing when you posted those videos, you inspired lives. Agree with sunny.. Ive been in the fitness world a while now, my husband is a blackbelt marine and bodybuilder.. If ur lookin to lose weight do cardio.. Doesn’t mean run if that’s not ur kinda thing, try zumba, turbo kickboxing. Lots of women don’t like the gym but those are amazing classes that burn almost 700 cal. I’ve always and only taken whey protein. Ive seen it at walmart and grocery stores. But i buy mine from gnc or online from bodybuilding.com u can go to that website many people post reviews on products and they tell u what they are for so ur not lost on what ur buying. Mine tastes like chocolate milk that’s how good it is.. People at gnc and online really help I’d say look around and decide what it is u really want ur body to look like and then decide what product is best for u

I was a competitive cheerleader from the age of 6 all the way up until I was I’m college at a university level… Now with that said from my experience of cheer and taking tumbling classes, you really need
To stretch before and after. Helping little girls learn this which we call a back bend.. Have someone spot u simply with a palm in the middle of ur back. Another great way of practicing which I’ve done and still do is standing in front of a wall or door etc.. Lean back a little and put ur hands on the wall above u.. Then inch by inch move ur hands further down letting the wall guide u. A ball can help but it’s not stable. The wall really does help go as far as u can come up and do it again… If I’m not explainging to where u can understand msg me
