That sounds strange, stretch mark from poling…
What I would try is exfoliating all over with a bath poufy sponge each time you bathe or shower, this stimulates new skin cell production then moisturize with a lotion with Coenzyme Q-10 and/or collagen & elastin in it. This Bio-Oil stuff seems pretty promising aswell, I’ll be starting this routine quite soon and that’s definitly on my list of goodies to get.
Diet and skin complexion also matters, so drinking lots of water and eating heathy helps prevent stretch marks and helps them to fade after time.

Not only is it a waste of money and time waiting on your new pole but it’s mega dangerous but what do they care if someone is is upside down when the stupid thing collapses, resulting in serious injury or even death? Stupid greedy hogs.

Hm.. I think I’d prefer some instruction in videos I watch, especially being a noob at everything. It’s easier to learn when you’re being instructed and it seems like a waste of money, if she isn’t teaching the moves, just showing them. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_neutral.gif . Maybe they’re something a guy would buy instead to see some hot chica poling then.

Another exerise I’m starting to do again helps tone the tush, you sit on the edge of a chair and tighten your butt muscles, holding them in for a couple seconds then release and keep repeating this for as long as you feel like doing them for. Ah, Ireland is my favorite country! I’m pretty new here aswell, in fact I’m a noob that’s been signed up on these forums for a couple months now and I just started posting recently, I have NO experience in poling at all, nor do I have a pole but I’d like to start off doing my own lil’ spins and stuff to get myself in the groove of things when I’m able to.
