What makes me suspicious about it, is that it doesn’t say who teaches and the picture on the cover for that and another one from the same maker is from somewhere else, can’t be sure where though.
I tried doing a search on it for reviews elsewhere but I couldn’t find any, the place I could find had a direct link to the amazon page when I clicked for more info. I personally would skip it until I know for sure if it’s worth the $14.99 plus shipping & handling.

It does seem pretty crappy https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cry.gif
It all depends I guess, I’ve gotten things a whole month later after ordering (completely different thing/site) but a company should always contact a customer about any delays.
I’ve gotten blocked warning messages before with websites I trust and my computer nerd b/f told me it’s usually nothing and to just delete my cookies, if it happens after that then avoid the website and all. I’m able to view it fine so I can plop their contact information here. I would e-mail them about your order with your tracking # or whatever it is they send in a confirmation e-mail to you (or should at least ;x ).

Twitter: http://www.twitter.com/PoleDancingShopI was hoping to see a phone number somewhere but they don’t have one anywhere, that I could see https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif
Good luck with your order https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_silent.gif

Cocoa Butter is also excellent for dry skin. I also like Avon’s Skin So Soft, it makes the skin cuddly https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

While brainstorming decor ideas for a shed with little windows that I plan on converting into a pole room, I pictured curtains with Studio Veena’s logo on them! We NEED curtains! We HAVE to have them! A good idea, right? You know it is!
https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif
Haha! Great that you actually bring this idea up after talking about it in chat today! Now all you have to do is ~fingers crossed~ https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif
I sure did! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif I had decorating on my mind so much I didn’t even start with a hello to everyone that was on https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cry.gif , sorry about that *shifty eyed* https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif

You automatically think about climbing the pole when you hear the song "The Climb" by No Doubt which has nothing to do with pole dancing.

I tried several different searches because I’m interested in them aswell, now. All I’ve been finding is socks with open heels AND toes so I think what I would end up doing is trying my hand at creativity by adding material to cover up my toes and turning them upside down so the open heel is on top of my foot. I’m no good with making stuff so adding would be easier for me.

I couldn’t find them anywhere either, I’m beginning to think the girl may have had the socks upside down, the hole on the top of her foot being meant for the heel.
I’m not sure what those are called exactly but I’ve seen ’em before

I have no idea what these shoes look like, I haven’t heard of them until now. It makes me wonder if the shoes would get messed up and look crappy after opening so many bottles unless they’re made to take that sort of pain. I would be too worried about messing them up https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

MemberMarch 6, 2010 at 8:21 pm in reply to: This guy has no idea what he’s talking about…Oh.My.God….
He makes himself sound like a professional https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif
1. WTF does he mean? The majority of pole dancers look like sluts? WHATever! I haven’t seen a single one so far, that’s just a rude comment. I didn’t know we could look slutty from the face we have. Shame on us for being pretty! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
2. This one is probably the only comment I don’t find retarded.
3. I can’t believe he made that comment. What he needs to do is see regular dancers that just dance on a floor since he isn’t into the whole pole dancing thing.
4. ALWAYS go for clear heels? No way! >.< ….I really like them but come on, variety is the spice of life! Why do just clear heels when you can have pink sparkly ones or black patent leather knee-highs? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_silent.gif
5. People need to realize that HD may not always be an option. I like watching crystal clear videos but I will also watch medium quality aswell, not caring as long as I see the dancing and poling good enough ^^
6. The "spread eagle"? The only time I ever see that term used is when a guy is referring to a woman on her back with her legs spread. Thats… I don’t know how to take it really, I do feel like giving him a good swift kick though for some reason. It’s clear at this point that he has no knowledge on pole dancing, else he would have referred to it as the correct move https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif. It’s not all about trying to turn men on either >.>
7. I had to roll my eyes on this one because all this guy is interested in is seeing a woman in a certain position he prefers in bed. I think Leigh Ann looks hot when she slides across the floor on her elbows and knees but a whole minute or so doing just that? Of course he would want to see just that because he’s likely sitting in front of his monitor looking for things to touch himself silly to. A big fat eye roll at him once again https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif
8. The problem with this suggestion in my opinion is that some pole dancers find it on the difficult side to do all the moves they’d like to while wearing a mini skirt or tube dress unless its not tight, which I’m thinking this guy probably wants since it would be hugging curves and all. This is all good if the girl is doing basic moves or non at all next to a pole and all she’s doing is sliding around on the floor with her face against it while her butt is in the air, which is exactly what this guy apparently prefers. He needs to go to porn sites for the type of thing he’s looking for, not YouTube. I hope Leigh Ann got a laugh at this, she’s too awesome to need suggestions from a horny goof like that guy.

I’ll list three so far and my favorite videos by them (so far too https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif ). They’re in no particular order!

I actually like the scent of some of the mens’ deodorants out there, the one I started using is Old Spice High Endurance Invisible Solid "Fresh". It doesn’t smell over-powerful like most of them do but I kinda smell a little on the dude-ish side so I spritz myself with a perfume or body spray to help. I haven’t bothered to get the usual Secret in that powdery scent lately because I just use that.
You can also find personal body wipes, I’m not sure what they’re called exactly but it’s supposed to make you feel refreshed. I would just go with baby wipes though, since it’s practically the same thing.
sidenote about those baby wipes: they were the original face wipes that takes makeup off quite nicely before a bunch of companies started making facial cleansing wipes. I prefer the good ‘ol cheap variety, the baby wipes! Also, I noticed that I got bumpies after shaving so I switched to using my conditioner instead of shaving gel and used softer pressure. The conditioner makes my skin soft too, which is a plus.

I had someone comment on 1 of my youtube pole videos yesterday saying
"hey its a poll dancer thats flexible. who cares shes just a slut anyway. "
its so wrong that we get judged, but i dont think wel change some peoples views https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif x
https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif I can most guarantee that person isn’t flexible at all and saw how awesome you were in the video and couldn’t resist making a nasty comment to make them feel better. That’s usually what people who are insecure about themselves do, go out of their way to put others down. That’s exactly what this person did, spent at least two minutes typing up a rude comment when they could have spent that time searching for ways to become flexible. The person doesn’t even KNOW you so how the hell would they know if you’re a slut or not?. It’s a lot easier to do this rather than get off their a$$ and work on happyfying themselves.
I feel sorry for those who do this.
