I agree with webbie 100%, obviously USPDF comps. are not impartial in any way, just like Pole Superstar wasnt either, they will always favorite their own interests and the girls that are "their own", even if they dont win, the load of their own girls making it to the competition is always bigger. I never actually went ahead and paid for the membership, I found it ridiculous to be honest that they charge for a membership, I totally understand charging for classes workshops and such, but paying just to be part of it…mmm, no. to be certified by them you have to blow thousands of dollars, obviously this is not in the community’s interest, it’s in their own interest. I find this whole thing very dissapointing, most of these amazing dancers are self taught, they work hard themselves to master and be better at this discipline, it’s their desire and hard work that took them where they are, I do not believe they own it to USPDF, why this organization is trying to tie them and their talent is beyond me. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif

when I do it, I push with the ankle and the bottom arm at the same time while inverting, the bottom arm slides a bit down too in order to get your body in a butterfly position, that was the tricky part for me, sliding the arm, doing it from an aprentice is a little easier than from a craddle because you are not spinning. you’ll get it soon!

aw, I’m sorry sissy, I really hope surgery wont be the case, I’ve been having this knee pain for a few weeks now, the doctor said it could be a stress fracture! damn!! I hope it isn’t ’cause that’s gonna be about 8 weeks off the pole!!! we should work on a ‘disable’ routine together or something…hhahahahahaha
