    I recommend 45. I started on a 50 in the studio and bought a 45 for home. Love my 45 TG. Wishing they had a 40 TG in the US.

    That’s ok. Discussion websites always seem to have acronyms I don’t know. It’s titanium gold. It’s a finish that xpole uses. I have their 45mm. But I was hoping they might make a 40. I wanted brass because it’s known to have better grip but I’ve never used one.
