Yes it is a little noisy but it will not really bother you, the stage comes in 6 triangles, so the noise comes from them, usually from one at a time. but I think it is amazing!!! and they have a silicone pole that fits for the X Stage in case you want to pole with clothes!!!! it’s pink!!!! I didn’t buy it but hope I can do it soon!!!! for Winter Season!!!

Samstuh3129850 I just bought a X stage lite last week, I’m soooooooo happy with it! You can do all tricks and feels perfectly safe. Stage is so beautiful, not as heavy as the regular X stage. I got it from Platinum Stages and Kevin help me so much about shipping it on time. Mine is chrome 45mm. I usually pole on a permanent pole 45mm brass at home and I feel a better grip with this one. This is at my boyfriend’s home in Texas, I live in Mexico City and it’s the perfect pole because I can use it when I travel and the rest of the time would be on it’s carry bag. Definitely recommended

Thank You girls for the info, I think my problem is more about slippery and a little sweaty hands and body, when I use legs to hang I don’t have so much problem but with the hand gripping for example at the split grip, my hands slip, so I feel I’m getting stocked 🙁 I don’t think my problem is either about strength, but this slippery is stopping me from advance. Any ideas???

@XxMyztikxX I just found out due to your comments (all girls comments) that really there are people on the internet just leaving crap comments to others, so sad. But thanks to you (all girls) I am now realizing that all this was not about me but about how she feels!!! It’s so good to have a place where we can share and find support from others. @JoleneBell I will not let her drain my energy with her negativity. I’ve learn a lot in this couple days and I know I have to work on my security and self-esteem.

Oh Veena, so sorry you had suffered all that bullying, people can be so cruel….. I’m so happy I found your site, It’s been one of the best experiences in my life to discover pole, it makes me so proud of myself every time I accomplish a new trick, and I felt so bad that the videos I considered were the best had so terrible and disgusting comments.
