I think to get back into being part of Studioveena I’ll do this challenge since I don’t have any editing tools… lap top died lol

No there’s not really a specific kind of floor. And yes it should be tall enough. When you order it, and if you order from x-pole, you can talk to the customer service ppl. They are really nice and will help you with the height of the pole. You can buy extensions if your ceiling are too tall or too short.

I would get hard wood floor.. carpet will tear up your toes. At least it does for me with my carpet. For a pole I personally like xpole at 45 mm because 50 mm is hard for those who have small hands like me and it's better for hand grips. There are different kinds of poles you can get like chrome or gold. I have a chrome and it's good but gold is better with grip, it's stickier. I do not think there are people that will professionally install a pole and they aren't actually hard to install if you get an xpole. You just need someone to help hold the pole up. Good luck!

Right now I am Care Giver for a company called Home Instead. I am a certified massage therapist, but since I moved to California I haven’t done anything with it. And I just got my associates degree for Psychology and will be working on my BA in Psychology starting this month. My goal is to be a Forensic Psychologist. 🙂

I'm not really looking into teaching anymore. I love my pole just to enjoy myself and get in shape… maybe compete if I ever get there one day. 🙂

I think I'm gonna do this one.. I haven't done a studio veena challenge yet.. the only thing hard about this challenge is choosing a song.. there are soooo many lol
-
OMg that is a great idea… I have been so not motivated lately. I don't go to a studio either and I just feel frustrated right now 🙁 So lets start pairing up! Maybe we could use Skype too.. I'm not sure how to use mine but we can find out lol

oh geez I think my first was the Backstreet Boys haha hmm I'll see what I can do 🙂

Wow I didn’t think I would get so many replies for this.. thank you guys! I wasn’t going to be doing it soon, I just wanted to mainly know some information. My goal is to eventually become a instructor and open a studio. But just to clarify others, I am very interested in teaching others pole dancing and I love fitness. I am a certified massage therapist so I know a lot about the body and how it works. I am also a psychology student, so of course I love to help others. My reason to open up my own studio is to help men and woman with self-esteem, that is why I started pole dancing. And I kind of want to use my psychology with the pole dancing for woman possibly. But this wouldn’t be in motion for a longgggg time. I just don’t know where to go for a certification but I don’t make a lot of money so its hard for me to go to classes. There are studios in Philly but they aren’t what I really like. No offense to anyone from philly that goes to any of the pole studios but they just give pole dancing a wrong image. At least the studio I went to wasn’t very impressive. But I did find one studio outside of philly that I do like but its a half hr a way or more. So if I could, I would take classes everyday because I really want to advance faster. But anyway, thank you for your replies. I really appreciate it https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

I get really pissed when girls comment saying that something is easy when it might not be for other ppl. I personally think spin is harder. You need a great deal of strength and balance. I mean how about that one Amanada Buffy who is Shadow on youtube. She spins like crazy on there and I no her moves are not easy at all. Static is hard also. But yeah just try to ignore that bitch. She just is one of those ppl that think she is better probably than everyone else.

Hmm Maybe I’ll actually do this challenge lol
-
Damn I didn’t see about this challenge. I know i can def. do this.. I just have to make sure I don’t run out of ideas. I always blank out when I have the video rolling haha
-
I’ll do it if I have time but I can’t do a split https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif
-
I no its great they are all happy they spun on a pole haha
-
Yeah any new move you do, you are going to hurt and bruise.. thats part of pole dancing. No pain, no gain lol Just make sure you have good grip before you go backwards and try it low first.

Ok. I am trying to keep up with all these post lol.. I been practicing the TG and I am almost there. I been trying it on both sides. I saw a video of Karol doing the Reverse Aysha extended into the TG and I thought that would work.So is that what you mean by going into it from the invert position?
