Thanks for the reply. I am new to pole and thought the poles without stages were fixed to the ceiling and floor??? My husband is also concerned about ceiling damage!!!!

I’m contemplating buying an x stage lite but wondering about how much room it will take up. I don’t have the space for a designated pole room and thought the x stage could be a good option. Do you think it practical to put the stage up and down all the time or is it better put up and left up???
