I forgotted to say that in my work i move a lot of weight… And it's not posible to rest of it… 🙁 Today sayed in the work that maybe in a short time i move to a diferent part of the work, and will move less weight… Hope this help…

I always clean with mix of 50% white destilled vinegar and 50% of destilled water, it works for x-pert, and make it less slippery. And works for hands hehehe

The problem it's that videos on sv don't have buffering, and all depends or your conection and the server, maybe it's for the type of player…
But webmaster can answer better xD

I have similar problem
I tried destilled vineagear and works, but not at all, i have a really sweaty hands, i ordered with my new pole Dry Hands, tomorrow i will have all here 🙂
And i will search a glycerine body cream, have to try it…

Maybe the better solution will be to add a buffering to the videos (like on youtube, that if you have a low conection, you paused and it buffer all the video and can see it without freezing) But i know it would be hard, because needs to change the video playing engine on the web 🙁

I'm in the other side, y bought a 45mm pole, and i need a 50mm pole, in 45mm i can't grip a lot with legs and i have to force my hands to have a good grip, and now, i have to buy a new 50mm pole (when i have the money xD)
I'm 1'93 cm tall… Hehehehe

Well, at the moment i don't share a lot of things. But in my failed intent of bussines i have pics of my self poling, and i'm tagged in it, and proud of it.
Now i'm gonna start poling again at home, i'm shure i'm gonna share vids on facebook, not only on veena's page, but when i have a good things to show…

Well, i'm agree with all, take the veena lessons.
I stoped from poling this last 6 months, but i'm gonna start again… I will start with a strengh routine for a week and make some strech for take a bit of flexibility (i'm squared xD)
All you can need it's good explained in veena lessons.

After a months i find white destilled vinegar in supermarket, here in spain it's most dificult to find.
Now i need to restart pole again… I'm a bit disconected from pole…
