with a bit of brute force my husband managed to undo the adjuster cover yay! Dont be put off by this thread i love my x-pert and that was the only minor problem i have had with it 🙂

my adjuster cover wont undo i have tried and my husband has tried but we just Cant get it undone. Any ideas?

i have been doing pole since January this year and it is a very tough journey but stick at it as your strength will improve and you will get better. Starting pole is the best thing i have ever done i am stronger more toned and the buzz you get when you finally crack a move is amazing. Dont give up and the lovely ladies here are always good for some support. Good luck x

i do have my own pole at home and i find this is where i am at my best. The class i am in is quite fast paced as the instructor prefers to go back to things on another day after a few attempts at it. I didnt have any kind of sporty background before starting pole so starting from scratch lol

i have only been pole dancin since January but i love it so much already. The buzz when you manage a move that you never thought you would be able to do is amazing

i am a fellow rock chick i have only been learning pole since January so not far into my journey but loving every second. I must admit i havent tried to pole to any rock music yet as choosing slower songs at the moment until my confidence grows although i did pole to silverchair miss you love the other day x

i got my pole from a company called pole delight but it was on amazon and it is a real x pole
