its after watching myself that i felt so awful! i am so fat and clumsy that i look horrid!!! i need to loose so much weight first but its in a weeks time and i wont loose 30 lbs in a week!!! guess i just wanted somewhere to rant x

im so scared for betting my body out that i am killing myself for the next 7 weeks and 6 days with eating clean and being super strick with my diet (as in high protein, low fats and only carbs coming from fruit veg etc) and hitting pole on a mon, bootcamp tues, kickboxing wed, thurs a bodyrock.tv workout, fri a run, p90x workout on sat and rest sun!!!

So I have used my knukle and everywhere i knock sounds the same….I bought a stud finder……it doesn f***ing work and now i know why as I just read here that it doesn't work on plasterboard!!!

I am at my wits end! Apart from sell my pole that I spent £200 on 3 months ago and STILL cannot use I have no idea what to do!!!

I honestly and so frustrated it makes me cry and rage around like a f***ing lunitic!!! 

 

ANY HELP would be amazing!

Salubivires – You are right they are tough! I will wait for a while, well the 10 weeks suggested although I am missing my pole badly! lol

Harlette – you are one of so many women who have that size difference! I'm sorry your corrective surgery wasn't great! Just goes to show how boob jobs can "go wrong"! I know as mine did eventually! lol 

All fixed now though and getting better by the day! 🙂 Thrilled to bits with my surgeon and the job he has done. I just want to work out so that I can loose the weight!!!

CeledaBcn – since you have signed up you can see what lessons you will get but you just can't watch them yet! And yes Veena will start you off with easy stretches/pole dance moves and then they get harder……also I was in Barcelona at the start of January! You live in a beautiful city! Me gusto mucho, pero era triste dejar!

As for value I think it is SUPER cheap!!!

I have taken 4 studio classes at a local gym and thats all!

it tightens but as soon as i put it upright it comes loose! I don't know if im simply not tightening it enough! its between pole A and B 🙁
