If you tolerate this, cause some people dont like veggies. But a green juice a day will help.

there are many recipes for a good green juice, it pretty much depends on your taste buds: I usually do spinach, kale, celery, cucumber, little cilantro, half an apple, Im not into sweet but like a said, it depends on you. try it out, its high iron, good source of enery with NO stomach issues. IF you get constipated by iron, try adding extra magnesium glycinate 200 mg to 400 mg before bedtime, but start with 200 mg. IT will also help you sleep better so you will be better rested.

if this fails: there is a pharmaceutical grade chelated Iron form a company called designs for health ; FERROCHEL, it does not constipate.

also use probiotics and make sure your Vit D levels are ok

thank you so much again for your recomendations 🙂

today ive started to do a cleanse for 5 days and will do yoga as soon as this pain goes away, streching is helping, But since im in an acute phase i need to go into it slowly. I took down my pole yesterday https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif since i will not be using it for the moment, i felt sad, but im really gonna try everything that is anti – fibromyalgia haha! I will beat this. i joind also a support group so i speak more freely about it since my husband just worries when he sees me down. and of course here!

i felt very comfortable and thank you again for all your responses

well i just got back from my doctor; and the conclusion is I have fibromyalgia.. i was suspecting this myself but i was resisting this particular diagnosis. I will make peace with it soon, as it was also recomended that I go to a psycologist . its funny how it does make sense I just didn't realize how bad fibromyalgia could get . i got a book on it today, and i will use lyrica for 2 months with the plan on getting off of it and maintining with suplements and diet, i hope I can get to the pole as soon as possible, since it helps a great deal , and go back to yoga since i have not done that in years.

all your comments were helpful since i dont share much with people that i like pole fitness classes. this is like a club to me since everybody is on facebook you cant share anything there, here its still kinda private.

well im happy to say that I dont have MS !!! I still have to see a second doctor on saturday, but i was ( they were too) afraid it was MS, so there is still hope 🙂
