ahhhh im so happy for you, get veena's lesson they are awesome and you will have your money worth much more thab the dvd's, ive tryed them all and nothing compares to veena

i think going slow is the key, don t try to follow the beat of the music even if it s super fast (techno or rock )

i didnt know there was such products for flexibility, but to me it is going too far…

tv interviews, seeing that the instructor has won competitions or been into one, seeing that the instructor has taken advanced workshops

you can buy sparkles and put them yourself to an outfit, much cheaper!
look through my album I made an outfit with sparkles it might give you some ideas!

i had drug problems in the past, the pole kept me away from it because i wanted to get up in the morning to do my workout. I am not ashamed of admiting it, everyone knew about it
i am now feeling much better my pole skills have improved I am stronger, Ive re-opened my studio
i think the motivation kept me away from the bad stuff, I am happy now

i wont ever spend 50$ on a pair of shorts
"la vie en rose" makes boy shorts 3 for 20$ and they re the comfiest ever
also found a compagny in mtl no center seam and 4 for 20$ with cool designs

ill post a pic of what my boyfriend did to make it very solid, because he tough the mount was too large for the beam , it "distribute" the weight
its very solid now
