i was approached by a friend of mine to organise one … (big international compagny but i wont say the name)
after looking at the financial aspects of the thing…they gived up! We turned the thing upside down to make it work, but of course they wanted to do it for money

the organiser is no one else than dominic lacasse the FLAGMAN
Felix cane is one of the judges, everyone is excited to see her!! The participants are from all over the world wich is amazing for a canadian competition, we are very lucky to have such a big event here
This is an amazing event and i look forward to meet the ladies from studio veena there !!

the original x pole was much better…. im glad i still have one…whats the idea of the joints… its very a lot more trouble…for nothing
it should cost more to produce also…
yes the original x pole was hard to take appart, but they should just had included the tool to dismount it with the pole
i was a studio owner and god i had many problem with the poles…

the competition is in 3 days, i am getting a bit nervous …

It is very exciting to see new people organizing events! I am very happy to be part of it , i look forward to meet Studio Veena members there and come say Hi i want to meet pole people!!

there is a pole convention! Very well organised i couldnt go but only heard good things about it

i did do not have a positive opinion on mpdc in the past, but looking at the organizor argument on here and its not getting better eighter.
I find your arguments very arrogant and out of purpose

uhhhh ill save my comments on that one… it looks like its all about controling the pole fitness worls… yes mpdc is the only and first competition of pole fitness for canada, but we need more!

i dont want to sound negative but…. you cant own a name for an event…what could they do… Sew the people organising it…it will cost them lots of money… it doesnt even worth it financally to even organise one. From a legal point of view… its ridiculous, would take years in court to finish…. and its not like its a big name event with lots of budgect involved…
The title's of "Miss Pole Dance (anything in Canada)" are owned by Tammy Morris, owner of Miss Pole Dance Canada Organization and Tantra Fitness in Vancouver. Permission can be obtained by the MPDCanada organization to host a regional competition. We are the first to gain access to the usage of the title for an event…but hopefully we will not be the last.

i received stage ect but no pole! Whats the point you know, ship everything together
same thing for me i waited for the pole, i opened the package it was broken, … disnt offered me anything at all …

its truth thats its hard to make people learn withouth the count, especially if theyre only there for an hour
i like to tell them outside leg or whatever easiest because thety get too mixed up, i also like to record video of a small routine (2 minute) that i leave on repeat on the flatscreen tv

i didnt tight them enough in first place i guess, so the hole is faaaarrr away and impossible to bring back….

i dont want to pop anyone s bubble but pole fitness is what it is, sexy and beautiful just like strippers
womens dont want to be associated with strippers, but they looooooooove the floorwork….
i think the excitement in pole fitness is also that "bad" side …. well to me anyways!
To be honest, it will alllllwaaayyyssss be associated with the strip clubs!

about their customer service: when i ordered the stage (view previous post) i installed it…then i saw a dent in the pole… (the day after) OF COURSE i put the package to garbage,,,DUHHH
they were asking me to go get the package and take pics…and then return the pole to my fees…
I mean …really…. so i opened my studio now and guess what…. im not using platinum stages products 🙂

the PS unscrews when you go "lefter"…also their customer service is not super nice… bought a by 4 stage and there was damage to the pole it was brand new…. of course i threwed the package at the gargabe…but they were asking for it…
also for carring the x stage around teyre making wheels now!!
