im sorry to pop everyone s bubble, but it totally looked like a paid informercial for x pole… Yes the name calling was too much but she is right on a few points , wich no one will admit for X reason(s)
its not because someone disagree with you thats its a troll…. I have strong opinions too and i stopped posting on studio veena because when i had an opinion ( positive or negative) people would freak out and I always end up being the bad one BOUHHHH!!

i danced for a while, i am in Canada, we were treated like princesses and protected very well. People talk about strip clubs in a bad way because obviously they don't know anything about it
Stay away from the drugs, dont get too personal with the other dancers (this will keep you out of trouble)
the staff will not push you into prostitution this is bullshit….of course some clients will ask you if you do "more" but dont get offended or mad just politely decline…
I've quit dancing because the money is not good as it used to be…you have to talk a lot with the guys , its a lot of "psychological" work
Exotic dancing in canada is not what it used to be…the girls are not as glamourous as it used to be, there a lot of EXTRAS going on, so the clean ladies dont make money like they used too…. I think the strip club business is going down in most parts of the world .

i made one when i had my studio
1. please no loud talking if you are waiting and the class before you is not done
2. no coming too much in advance, some were showing up 45 minutes before time!
3. clean your pole at the end (cleaning 8 poles between classes is not cool)
and many more…
I unfortunatly had to kick out 2 ladies once…it was that or loosing a few good clients

And you cant put a 4 by 8 under, it will break with the pressure from the pole and been uneven
here are my construction skills lol : I would make a platform (not high , like 3 inches) and put floating wood or vinyl (or whatever you like)

maybe climb and then invert "V", very close to the ceilling, then do the pike release the hands, bring the body straight by pushing with your hands

i was just "browsing " for online lessons and dvd's with harder moves (phoenix ect )
just tought it was weird, and also another occasion to CONGRATS veena for her whole teaching method (which is clearer, graphics are better ect )

dont even bother…. i come from a small village and its a big scandal everytime i come home …. dont even try to explain or show it bothers you .
but for this guy to put his hand on your face (or mouth ) i would have definitly kick him in the nuts…

with pole fitness everyone can have their own styles, sexy, sporty, rocker… ect ect
i prefer the sexy style but to each their own!
