an homemade pole that has no grip and not the right finish maybe, but dont ruin your x pole ! 😛

omg, im sooo in love with you right now lol thanks for the link!
-

-
i went to a studio their ceilling was like 14 feet and they didnt had the permanent mount
I Sooo dont want a stage 🙁 , i wanna use the full height

I really understand your feeling, i was in a competition last year i totally messed up everything (my first competition ever lol)
still today, i dont even want to publish or watch the video! I felt like sh$% for at least 3 months
this year, I am going back to this competition with more experience, and more confidence!
You rock and sometimes its just the judges tastes, dont think youre not good cause you didnt place, you entered the competition wich means you are good! (thats what i told myself to cheer up)

holey shit ill never post anything on here anymore as all I say is taken the wrong way
can't you see the 😛 at the end of my post
"stage" name is to me a disguise just like exotic dancers do because they are "someone else" when they work
so calm down and ADIOS
-
its funny how pole dancers dont want to be compared to strippers….but you use stripper names
just a tought 😛
-
did you ladies heard about POLE SOOTHIES, its a poler just like us from toronto who invented it, the packages are very cute (roll on ect ) please check it out and give it a try! I love it

What are Pole Soothies?
Pole soothies are made with all natural ingredients with no chemicals or synthetics. The formula has been developed by a pole-addict for fellow pole-addicts to ease the pain and help repair the damages caused by our beloved pole 🙂
Created for Pole Dancers and Aerialists who constantly get beat up by metal poles, hoops and strangled by multi-foot long silks, Pole Soothies is an ultra light cream that helps speed up the recovery process for your injuries using all natural ingredients. Its consistency is thin (easier to spread than Phillie's cream cheese), non-greasy (fast absorption so it won't get in the way of your pole practice time) and smells nice & fresh (slightly scented with fragrance Oil).
Currently the Pole Soothies come in the following packages:
– 40ml sterilized acrylic jars
– 65ml sterilized plastic rollers
– 25ml sterilized frosted-glass spray bottles
– 50ml sterilized frosted-glass spray bottles
– 100ml sterilized frosted-glass spray bottles -
youshould go there with a cop, i know it sounds extreme but this is what i would do , its yours you have the bill
if they want to have some money from you for the damages, they would have to bring you to a small claim court, wich i think the judge would just laugh at them and tell them to get the F out …

yeah boots will support your feet more

i miss mine, im sure if she was still alive she would think pole is cool too 🙁
-
they didnt showed ANYTHING, like…nothing
-
hahaha you are so cute 😛 But seriously, they didnt give us any credit for all of our hard work, i had a small interview segment and that was it, and im not the best there was wayyyy better participants than me there
it s just frustrating to see that here in Canada, we are "behind" with the pole fitness,
-
it s so cool that america s got talent arent affraid of showing pole dancers on the show
-
anyways, competitions in the US are looking a lot more professional than here in canada
-
sad to say but no matter what, there will always be someone insatisfied with the competitions!
someone who will think its biaised ect ect
its hard to find judges who dont know the competititors ect ect
-
Same situation here in canada
some people are tryin to control everything, create associations, blablabla blablabla
like this situation when the miss pole canada couldnt be there physically to pass the crown, and they woudlnt give it to the first runner up
then the first runner up won all the prizes…even best costume, when in fact other participants got wayyy better costume,,,,it s all biaised
It pisses me off cause when I speak out about those situations, i know others think the same but wont say a word, and then I am the bad one, all the time
-
thats what i tought too , but needed to hear it from someone else !
"disguised sponsorship"
wont name the compagny but hey…. lol
-
the fact that you are doubting about her skills, right there its not good
-using itac on a pole, seriously? for a superman, you have to drop the hips, its almost dangerous to fall from the front and be stuck there
maybe you should tell her that its dangerous for her to teach that way, and hope she haves insurances because outch it sounds like someone might get hurt on the way
it could only be benefic for her that someone put their pants on and tell her what it really is!! Maybe she sould suscrive to studio veena!!
-
isnt he ADORABLE!!! i loooveeeee him
he only put one tutorial on his channel, what you could do is save the video and replay it really slow to see where he gets his momentum from
ive never see anything like him before…
-
pole is my life, no studio no food in the fridge….
so you like it , or get out lol!
My "new friend" is quite excited AND respectuf about it, never asked me to do a "dance" or anything like that, he s surprised there is competitions and encourage me to train , i find him very cute hahaha
-
this is what I do but hey its just personnal opinions
-do not look at what the others do… do not compare yourself to them
-try to practice on the stage before the competition, get to know the stage/scene know where the judges will be ect ect every little cracks in the floor
-eat little portions of food , not a big meal, so you have energy for the whole event
-practice WITH your costume! and with the shoes youwill be wearing!
-
more for public events
also the ceilling at my studio is not that high…thats why the lite interrested me, but you are very right about the height advantage in public places
-
did anyone tryed the x lite… is it as stable as the original x stage
