Thanks! Looks great Veena! Wishing I checked out the video for the advanced version. I was out and about so I just quickly looked at beachyogagirls version so I could get back to helping my husband with yard work. Oh well. I’ll do that version another time, I think I could have done it. 🙂

*hugs* I’m so sorry Lily. Thats awful.
I don’t know anything about your situation… but I hope that things get better for you. No one deserves to be with anyone who doesn’t value and appreciate them. 🙁

Thanks guys!
I found this video on how to get into it funny: http://instagram.com/p/uPigiWyHqn/?modal=true
I found that if I tried to get my hands to my face I was just rounding my shoulders and back and stretching my neck… when I actually pulled my arms and legs back to my face it wasn’t happening 😛

So I gave it a go… Yeah, getting your arms through isn’t easy. Kinoyoga had in a post that putting coconut oil on your legs will help you slide through… but I just wasn’t up for it, I’m comfy in my leggings. I did have to take off my sweatshirt though or my arms wouldn’t slide through.
It actually wasn’t so bad but the tops of my feet are really bruised and tender right now which made it difficult… Maybe socks would have added a bit of comfort on that front… but my puppy could only sit still for so long without licking my face so I didn’t have time for a wardrobe change.

I remember replying to a similar thread with a few pose ideas…
See if this helps. https://www.studioveena.com/forums/view/53df60e9-50f4-48c0-8f8e-493c0a9aa0eb

I think Lucca is responsible for quite a few things on my want list… A pull up bar, a hammock, and now this! Haha.

Ha yeah. I know. I think I was tucking it too much, and the fisheye lense didn’t help 😛
