Ah yes, that’s a great idea too. Thanks Veena. I love the lessons and they compliment my studio work – I’m just trying to find the most time efficient way for me to use them .

Aha! The search does work doesn’t it. Thanks for that – that’s sorted it out for me. I do use a PC but I just wanted to get to a particular lesson quickly, without loads of scrolling. That’s perfect though. Search!!!! lol

Yeh that’s what I’ve been doing hun but there are so many of them lol. It’s especially time consuming if you don’t know what category it would fall into!

Love love love it! Looking good girl! Love the shake of the booty when you’re cleaning the pole down. I need a top like that too – where did you get it?
With the climb, was the pole slippy because you’d just cleaned it? Maybe a little bit of grip aid would help – I usually pop a bit on my shins before starting a session so even if the pole is slippy your legs shouldn’t be.

It’s funny isn’t it, when you look at people’s videos it looks like they have loads of space, however in real life most of us have the same issues with space. I’d still love to have my pole in it’s own room but until then the front room will be just fine.

I guess like everyone else says it depends on how sweaty your hands get. I use Dry Hands when I’m doing something that requires some real strong grip (practicing new moves etc) but I try where possible not to use it. I don’t use gloves though. I don’t want to end up relying on something and I think training with gloves you do run that risk.

All sorted, managed to get it apart in the end. I didn’t want to damage it in the process because it’s going back for a refund but thanks for the suggestion.

So this isn’t a good thing is it!!! Two sections of my shite pole are properly stuck together. At this rate I’m never gonna be able to return it! Lol 🙈

Funny how you skim read things and they read correctly isn’t it. There’s great big gaps in the actual main text too (where the word x-pole fits just lovely funnily enough!). Well I’ll have a nice shiny real x-pole soon and I’m sure the instructions will read better when that arrives lol

Ooh good thread! I’m excited about the pole photo shoot at our studio at the end of September. Got a few moves to nail before then but I can’t wait. Enjoy the workshop 🙂

What a relief – I’ve spoken to X-Pole UK today and they have been amazing. Very understanding and given me great advice and support in tackling this. Great customer service. I should’ve gone to them in the first place!

It came in a plain box, but it did come with instructions and DVD. The DVD is clearly a copied x-pole DVD. I’ve attached photos of the instructions. The photos of the dome look like x-pole domes, and is not the dome I have.
