  • wow, I had no idea so many people have it, I thought I was a freak. I noticed it a few years ago and I find it pretty anoying. It doesnt hurt but sometimes I feel like I need to get my leg/hip in the right position before extending my leg all the way. When I try to get into the butterfly from the cradle spin I feel it the most.

I have a 50mm TG and love it. It really depends on your body. My friend loves her 45 but she is also 5.1 foot with tiny hands so she gets the same grip on her 45 that I get on my 50

That’s a great idea. I really need to work on the dance part myself, I live doing tricks but feel wired just dancing….. I don’t have a dance background.
Anyway, I might have to steal your idea but don’t think I can stay off the pole lol

Great. Don’t wash it for at least 24 hours now. If the color fades quickly get a Demi-permanent color to freshn it up. And remember to condition your hair 🙂

It might get pretty dark, but The good news is that it can’t turn completely orange. Good luck and let us know how it turned out.

It really depends on the color you have. It won’t go more orange but it might look muddy and green-ish on the roots because the red pigments are missing. So if you have to do it yourself get a brown with some red in it.
I fix a lot of DIY colors at the salon and there is no need to be embarrassed , we see this happen soooo often 🙂

I am a hair stylist and my advice is to see a professional. If you just put brown over it it might not turn out even. It’s hard to give advice since I can’t see your hair but usually hair has to be “filled in” first with a red base to prevent the brown color from not taking to the hair and also helps the brown not to fade so quickly .

I am working on the butterfly right now and I feel like my bottom hand keeps sliding. I don’t have a crash mat so I always have a big pillow at the bottom of the pole when I am allone…… I know that’s not save, but it makes me feel better lol.
I will order some grip aids soon, maybe that makes it less scarry

I can’t give any jam advice but I think you should not think about the details to much.
Just relax and have fun. It will all fall into place.

Yes be excited. I do like the idea of having both eventually but will start with the 50 mm. I did my first shoulder mount on the 50mm at class not long ago (i was so excited) so I know I can at least work on that at home 🙂

I wish I could buy yours, but I will get mine threw our studio tomorrow (i get a 1 month membership free if I order threw them).
Seems like people like the 50mm but love the 45mm. I will go with 50mn for now and might sell it some day if I want to downsize 🙂 . I am putting the order in tomorrow 🙂

I change my mind everyday, today I was thinking 50 would be best for the same reason you said aboud downsizing being easier then going up in size.
