Really??? My ceiling is also 7ft and I ordered the 500mm extension as well and it fits perfectly with the help of 2 othere extensions that came with it. Is your high adjuster screw on the A pole screwed all of the ways down?

@aviva I've decided to take a week of from any lifting and just do floor work hopefully in a week everything will be better and all it is is a tired muscle. Sigh….Shoulder shoulder shoulder.
