@ Lyme Lyte I only have one video up because I'm so hard on myself but I will put up my latest practice video. landed a couple moves that got me a little excited but I sat on my computer criticizing myself the hole time.

@Hazelnut I'm currently taking a week off as well. I'm having trouble getting back into the mode to pole though LOL. I'm going to try today to make sure that that feeling is gone
@Kaygee10 I took a week off and I'm going to try to pole today to see if I get that sensation when I lift. I can pick up my son and all those other things without feeling it so I think I'm good.

dont feel bad my pirouettes are only controlled on one side LOL. Still working on it.

Have you called xpole because you should beable to put it up. What are all the pieces your using? I know A pole and the 500mm but are there any others

make sure the bottom screws are out and try to get it down as far as possible. My pole has a very small space between A pole and the base.

I'm sorry I ment high adjuster on A pole not adjuster screw.
