Holy WOW! I downloaded it last night and I give it 5 Stars!

I have a pretty impressive repertoire of stretches from my kinesiology class, but she does some I’ve never seen before and man are they good!!

Definetely cool to find out where everyone comes from. And promising! I really appreciate everyone’s honestly – what a friendly, positive group of people. I’m hoping that it comes to me with some practice! I’m pretty obsessed and I don’t even own a pole yet!
