I pole dance because it makes me feel sexy, and strong. I dance for MYSELF I don’t understand why people are so obsessed with trying to impress other people?Worrying about if someone shares your videos or how many likes you get??I feel sad when people think they aren’t good enough. I think everyone should dance for themselves, feel sexy and accomplished for YOU.. I follow so many advanced pole dancers and I’m inspired every single day!!When I watch an amazing pole dancer like felix cane I literally get a rush out of it I appreciate all dancers even less advanced dancers because I know how much work it takes to be good, so much practice and dedication it’s amazing!! I absolutely don’t get discouraged, I feel overwhelmed by admiration for pretty much all dancers I see in the media.Everyone needs to accept their journey and most of us might not be pros but all of us will always be good enough. Love yourself for who you are, because you can’t be someone else 🙂

Cleo’s DVD is incredible. I was a complete beginner when I started her DVD!No excersing prior!!it wasn’t easy I’m like 6ft 150 pounds so my legs are kinda heavy lol but I tried my best to complete each excersice, and I was consuming enough protein. After a few months inconsistently doing it (because of vacations) I’m bearly to my middle splits and side splits and I feel strong 🙂 I like a good challenge physically. Good things don’t come easily 🙂

Yea that’s the problem, the lowest ceiling in my place is 10ft 4 inches… And it’s upstairs in the loft. A stage pole just seems more useful I could put it in my living room or my bedroom.. I found out that lil mynx charges 4-500 dollars for a custom cut 🙁 I LOVED my old lil mynx pole. I might just dish out 500 for a regular lil mynx… I’m so indecisive 🙁

On the site it says there is a 3ft piece and 4ft piece so 7ft is the lowest then it goes to one pieces going from 8, 9, and 10 ft. I’ve seen that video before, and liz m’s video of her running across the room and not tipping it and two other videos of two people trying to tip it like veena’s husband did in the video and it not tipping in those videos.. Some people on here have said that the brass ps poles are good for grip and lord knows I need grip, the xpole only comes in chrome and from what I’ve read chrome isn’t so good for sweaty hands.

@johnssdeere I have not used either unfortunately. That’s one of the things that puts me off about the xstage, that it would be loud because the base is metal 🙁 they don’t have any lighting kits for the transparent base?? How long have you had your star stand alone? Is it the 4.0?
