Wall dancing is a neat way to start working with heels because you can use the wall for support like your bestie! Push against it, caress it, slide down from it, experiment with what you can create! Try using some of the moves listed at the start of the Beginner section [] Start with Body Waves [] and work down from there.

After 18 days, I feel like I have gotten stronger. My Ayesha is now very solid, and I hope to be able to handspring into it at some point. The lessons are also filling in some gaps in my skillset, such as pirouettes
