Hi Veena! Can I clarify the meaning of two sets for the above.
Does it mean, for example, Shoulder Internal Rotation:
a) 2x of 12 on each side, hence, 24 reps for both left and right OR
b) 1x of 12 on each side

Just wanted to post a big, big “THANK YOU!” Day 9 and my aerial invert is already consistent on my good side. Just have to pretty it up and get it consistent on my dork side now. 🙂 Your programs really work. I was obsessed with my abs but the real problem was in my back and arms. I was stuck for months until I worked on some of these other muscles. I took a little longer to get to day 9 because I had to take some rest days due to pole class. I can’t wait to see how my invert improves by day 30!

Am I meant to do stretching at the end of these workouts?
If you like. I didn’t add it because these can be added into an existing workout too. Stretching after training is away ok ðŸ˜
I’d forgotten how hard the pole strength routine was!
Hi Veena, I think I’m getting golfer’s elbow. Is there a specific muscle I need to strengthen or stretch to help with this? Thanks!
If it’s golfers elbow doing these will help https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/5e7504d8-8720-449e-9a99-4be5ac110005 HOWEVER, rest first a few days…stretch for those few days. Then you can work on this exercise. I would suggest doing the hand and wrist routine here once things feel better. This will keep everything balanced. Always stretch the forearms after every pole session. 💜
