Hey! Just curious... I ordered my pole from studio veena on Friday and I'm curious how long it took those of you who ordered off this site, for your pole to be shipped... Also, is there a way to track it? Thank you!!!!  Sandra

Your order came in to late to ship on Friday. Orders can stack up at the X-Pole warehouse over the weekend so if you have a weekend order it often doesn't ship until Tuesday. Once it ships you will receive tracking info.

Mine took 6 weeks, lol. Yours will not take that long unless you live overseas. Others who ordered the same time as me got theirs in about 2 and a half weeks or less.

Poles generally take less than five business days from order to arrival.

Got mine in about 3 days. Had ordered it on a Friday and it arrived the following Tuesday.

I ordered mine last friday and it still hasn't shipped out yet (almost a week later), is that normal?

Jaime - Did you order from us?  If so all our orders are shipped and with one exception received shipping info.  If you ordered from us please email me through the site with the order email address and name so that I can resend you your shipping info.

Sorry to hijack this thread, but I was wondering about time for shipping to Canada? Also, I know you guy advertise free shipping and I know that normally only applies to US residents. However when I went through part of the process and no shipping costs came up. Is this right, or am I going to get a surprise after fully checking out? :)

 

There is free shipping in Canada as well.

I just ordered 1 on Canadian Thanksgiving and it took exactly a week (including the weekend) to arrive.

There was no shipping cost, but I did pay GST.

Lovin it!! Ordered over the weekend and my pole is already here, so arrived a Tuesday morning. Took 1 biz day (I live in CA!)
