POLE STRENGTH: Perform 1 or 2 sets of 10 to 15 reps. When you can do 15 then add one more set. Another great exercise to build your lower body strength and lift your booty! Strengthens: Glutes, Quadriceps, Hamstrings
Dawn Marie - so should i be doing only one of these videos per day or can i do all the lower body videos in one day?

StudioVeena - You can do them all in one day. Check out the "getting started" lessons placed at the beginning of each lesson section. This will give you more info on how to use the lessons. :)
