  DIY tutorial for heels

  Hi guys! I thought it would be fun to share this old tutorial https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/626ab490-5d24-4fc2-9ce3-096fac110005 about how to change your heels up. I’ve included options for just decorating them and also how to fully covering them with fun shiny scrapbook paper! This is a great way to refresh old worn heels or a fun way to change up the look for photos or performance! Feel free to post a picture here if you give this a try.
