Finally got a workout in today! I thought I'd try the inverted standing split I had shared on my IG....As you can see I can do it, buuuuuut not like before. I just thought it would be interesting to see the difference! I honestly thought it would be worse!
PatSmack Paid MemberHey, I still give your props on A. Trying it again and B. Still having the muscle memory to pull it off. My legs are still in heavy resistance to anything that feels like splits.

SerziOh, wow, def feeling this rn. lol Been breaking out the foam roller, trying to help those hip flexors and such do as they're told. Been awhile. I feel like the Tin-Man in desperate need of an oil can. 🤣

I use Veena's lessons and also take studio classes. I would not be able to do what I can do without veena. Not at all. I probably would have quit. her explanation and knowledge of how the body works is amazing. she is very encouraging to beginners.
