I call this day EVERYTHING HURTS. I'm not talking about muscle soreness. My skin is so desensitized to pole that every armpit and knee pit hurts so bad I couldn't hold anything. I focused on a lot of hand, wrist and shoulder conditioning (not shown)

That was a beautiful I forget what is called half jade kinda thing, is it Queen? Either way, more practice and your skin wonโ€™t even remember what burn is like ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜ญ

VeenaNo, you really just have to keep working on it. The more you can push into the pole to use the POCs the less pull on the skin.
