The only one move that I can always come back and do after a break is Teddy, it might be that I like it a lot, but any other armpit hold after a break is OUCHY! That was a beautiful I forget what is called half jade kinda thing, is it Queen? Either way, more practice and your skin wonโt even remember what burn is like ๐๐ญ

Is there a way to practice skin conditioning - in particular, I always have an issue with scorpio - I've been practicing it on and off, but it's become somewhat of a dread every time I want to practice scorpio. Do I have to just keep doing it everyday? I've attached an image of my latest scorpio attempt

VeenaNo, you really just have to keep working on it. The more you can push into the pole to use the POCs the less pull on the skin.
