I've been off the pole and away from exercise since the Beginning of August. Here's a video explains why I stopped [www.studioveena.com] In this video I try all of my normal "go to" moves to see what my body can do. This will be my new studio space, but one of my sons who was planning on moving out, is staying for now, so my husbands office is also my pole space. For now I've got to deal with a fan and carpet. lol I've had many long breaks, but I've always done other training while away from pole. The only other time I've had a set back like this was after my 4th baby. We had also moved and I didn't have time to do anything but walk at the end of my pregnancy, I think I did 2 dances. After that time away was when I developed my method of teaching! Realizing that spins were not ok for new dancers and strength building was the key to injury free progression. I shared that journey back as well [www.youtube.com] My how time flies.

Loving the 30 day takeoff.. just what I needed to get out of a rut! I find the daily routines perfect in length and intensity and a great way to shakeup a stagnant workout routine. Plus, now I am limber and warmed up to do some practicing
