Today we'll focus on pole work and spins.
villainvixenWrist sit and thigh rest didn't go well today. However, my plank is getting better. I do have a question about plank. Well...two =P First question, does dry hands or any kind of grip aid work on thighs? Second question? The moment I lean back into the plank positions, my thighs start twisting around the pole. Like I won't stay in one spot. And I am stationary :) Not ready for spin mode yet.

VeenaWrist sit and thigh rest are not easy so don't feel you need to be able to do them right away. Yes you can use dry hands or might grip on the body too :) . Spin tends to happen for a few reasons... Over or under gripping the pole with the hand or having a twist to the legs.

villainvixenit seems to be a twist in the legs. How do I can control this? Do I need to squeeze the pole more with my legs?

VeenaJust play around with positioning :)

33barbwire Previous Paid MemberI've thought for a long time about making a poster that replaces the Fight Club rules with pole rules. Rule 1: Do not crunch the vagina. Rule 2: DO NOT. CRUNCH. THE VAGINA.

jnacpa998790My boyfriend and I are doing this course together and he's wondering how to protect his "mr's" on several of these moves, specifically the pole sit and really anything where he's gripping the pole with his thighs. Any suggestions?

VeenaThat's great you're doing this together! He don't have to place the pole super close to the crotch to have a nice grip. The key is tipping one hip down allowing the opposing thigh to hold you. I've taught my husband most begin moves and it's just a matter of keeping a bit of distance! 😊
