    I been sick for a week, I wasnt exercising at all when i was sick. I didnt exercise today cause im just feeling better and tired. before i got sick i was doing the nailed it invert program and i left off on day 7. Should i start back on day 7 or should i start the program over?

    Depends on if you still feel a bit sick..if so start over because it will be a gentle way to work back up to more activity. If you’re feeling pretty good now go ahead and start back where you left off. 🙂
