    Anyone heard of this move and how to get into it? I’ve searched tags on instagram and everyone is doing something different

    Yeah I was looking everywhere for a video on this one but couldn’t find anything. I ended up just watching a few instagram post and learning from there.

    Just be careful if gripping behind the back for this….it can really strain the shoulder for many people! 🙈
