    Hi all,
I’m piecing together moves for a competition in November, and I’m stuck at one point where I need ideas: what are your favorite transitions out of butterfly on spin pole? I want something more interesting that butterfly into flatline scorpio, because it’s very expected.

    Thank you!

I like to skip flatline and drop straight into scorpio then speed up the spin into a flowet spin

I like to go into an allegra and reach behind the pole to grab that back foot.

I think it should be possible to bring it around into jamilla or a hip hold/jade as well.

You can also get into a cradle/Jamilla . And from that to a bunch of things like Jade, lady planche, nonhands cradle….the problem is that with big moves like Allegra and Jade the pole will slow down which is why I tend to favor tucked up/pulled in moves to keep spin going
