  • Training around pole!

    Hey guys! 1st time poster over here! Just wondering if someone might be able to help advise me. I usually go to the gym around 5 times a week and train arms/legs/HIIT etc etc and now doing pole once a week as a beginner 🙂 How should I structure my week as I don’t want doms for pole and I want to be able to work out and be able to complete my gym workouts! Any help would be great x

    Since your body is use the the demands of exercise I’d say do your pole practice on the same day as one of your gym days. If you have the opportunity doing pole right after strength work can make you feel like superman! I’m talking right after, not drive home eat then pole. Otherwise do it with hours of time between gym and pole. The most important thing to keep will be rest days!!

    If you’re looking for structured programs for pole my 30 day take off is great, the invert program would be good too if you already know the basics of pole.
